On 22-23 February 2024, Sime Darby organised a Palm oil leadership series (POLES) program. About 45 participants from various background in the industry joined the two days program. The main objective of this program was to provide exposure on the current technology and development Sime Darby is progressing. The two days event is an eye opening for the participant, and given future networking among participant.
