Bukit Larut @ Maxwell Hill

Bukit Larut @ Maxwell Hill is located in Taiping, Perak. There are two option for you to get to the top of the hill; (1)by walking which take about 2 hours or (2) by riding on 4x4 Land Rover which takes about 25 minutes. The cost to ride on the Land Rover is RM5-RM10 per person. The distance from the entrance to the summit is about 13 km. The experience on riding the Land Rover is very creepy and amusing.

  

The daily temperature is about 10-25 degrees Celsius,

Note: If you are lucky, you might encounter the Duskey leaf monkey Trachypithecus obscurus at the summit.
